Diana Joy

Hello!

I want to thank you for your interest in my upcoming book “Looking Through the Eyes of An Unseen Child”! I’m deeply touched by the outpouring of encouragement and support that I receive daily through my website! My excitement grows with each day of accomplishment towards the completion of this project!

I would like to request your continued help… I’m in need of your faithful prayers and supportive thoughts as I struggle through some of the more challenging parts of writing and publishing this book. I find that each chapter requires prayer and focus to ensure its true purpose in offering hope, and at the same time, I must continue to take care of my daily responsibilities as a wife and mother. My heart is not separate on these matters, both are of equal importance. That’s why I’m asking for your prayers and your patience.

I have decided to include periodic updates at www.unseenchild.com to help you stay connected with my progress! I know the completion of “Looking Through the Eyes of An Unseen Child” is for all the unseen children, and I want you to share in the development of this big dream! Please check the website regularly to see the newest update…

Thank you, again, for all your love and support!

God Bless,

Words of Wisdom:

When you thought I wasn't looking

May all your dreams come true

The Book of Proverbs

Words of Wisdom from Movies:

Maybe it's other people's reactions to us that makes us who we are. - The X-Files

'About the past' - the way I see it, you can either run from it, or learn from it. - Rafikki to Simba (Lion King)

Hope is a good thing, maybe the best thing. And good things never die. - The Shawshank Redemption

Let your heart guide you. It whispers, so listen closely. - The Land Before Time

Don't take life too seriously. You'll never get out alive. - Bugs Bunny

When a defining moment comes along, you can do one of two things. Define the moment, or let the moment define you. - Tin Cup

Words of Wisdom about your Critics:

I know a lot of people without brains who do an awful lot of talking. - The Wizard of Oz

As a matter of cosmic history, it has always been easier to destroy, than to create. - Star Trek, The Wrath of Khan

Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering. - Star Wars

Quotable Words from Women:

Anne Morrow Lindbergh:
Good communication is as stimulating as black coffee, and just as hard to sleep after.

Jean Baer:
The change of one simple behavior can affect other behaviors and thus change many things.

Oprah Winfrey:
It doesn't matter what you've been through, where you come from...none of that matters. What matters is how you choose to love, how you choose to express that love through your work, through your family, through what you have to give to the world...

Anais Nin:
Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it's only by this meeting that a new world is born.

Edna Buchanan:
True friends are those who really know you but love you anyway.

Marlene Dietrich:
It's the ones you can call up at 4:00 a.m. that matter.

Catherine de Hueck Doherty:
Faith walks simply, childlike, between the darkness of human life and the hope of what is to come.

Madeleine L'Engle:
If it can be verified, we don't need faith... Faith is for that which lies on the other side of reason. Faith is what makes life bearable, with all its tragedies and ambiguities and sudden, startling joys.

Sue Halpern:
Trust, which is a virtue, is also a habit, like prayer. It requires exercise. And just as no one can run five miles a day and cede the cardiovascular effects to someone else, no one can trust for us.

Now to make you laugh:

"My wife has a slight impediment in her speech. Every now and then she stops to breathe."
Jimmy Durante.

"When I was young I was called a rugged individualist. When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric. Here I am doing and saying the same things I did then and I'm labeled senile."
George Burns

"First you forget names, then you forget faces. Next you forget to pull your zipper up and finally, you forget to pull it down."
George Burns

"It's strange, isn't it. You stand in the middle of a library and go aaaaagghhhh' and everyone just stares at you. But you do the same thing on an aeroplane, and everyone joins in."
Tommy Cooper

"You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen, it said 'Parking Fine.'"
Tommy Cooper

"If men can run the world, why can't they stop wearing neckties? How intelligent is it to start the day by tying a little noose around your neck?"
Linda Ellerbee

Sometimes you need a break in sanity, to laugh, to love, to hold true to what you heart desires and not what your head thinks. - This quote is mine.

I have just barely met you and I think you are a wonderful, loving, caring, giving, fun and unselfish woman. I am so happy that we were brought together to do what ever we are meant to do for eachother. I will be thinking of you and praying for you often.
